A recent intern with AB Mauri describes how her internship gave her the understanding she would need to tackle projects with AB Mauri once hired. “On the first day of my internship with AB Mauri, I was given actual projects that could benefit my education as well as the company. I was given responsibility, and more importantly, the tools I needed to accomplish my goals. The experience showed me how much I value a job that challenges me and allows me to contribute to a team. Now as a full time employee, I am appreciative to work with individuals who are not only passionate about baking, but about sharing their knowledge and experience with others.” Upon graduation, she accepted an offer of full-time employment and now works for AB Mauri as a Bake Lab Technologist.
