AB Mauri North America, Cedar Rapids is home to a high-performance, full-service food ingredient blending facility capable of manufacturing a wide range of products.  Purchased in 2017, AB Mauri Cedar Rapids now manages a complex mix of more than 100 active SKUS and 400-plus diverse, raw materials utilized across multiple production lines. The Cedar Rapids facility still holds true to its roots but today offers complex mix blending for a variety of items – in packaging sizes from 25- and 50-pound bags to super sacks and truckloads – including:

• Multigrain breads & rolls
• Sweet goods including cakes & donuts
• Tortillas
• Blends for buns & bagels
• Baking additives
