AB Mauri North America Expands Headquarters

New Fleischmann’s Technology Center includes a unique Experience Center, expanded bakingHUB™ and yeast strain development center.

ST. LOUIS (June 18, 2019) – AB Mauri® North America (ABMNA), a leader in yeast and bakery ingredient products and solutions, recently expanded its headquarters in the Cortex Innovation Community’s @4240 building in the City of St. Louis.

Now occupying more than 33,000-square feet, the expanded headquarters include:

1. The Fleischmann’s Technology Center offering a unique, high-tech experience center comprising a 40-seat theater for training, product demonstrations, and live-streamed events;
2. An expanded bakingHUB™ offering customers access to a wide range of expertise and tools to accelerate innovation delivery across the entire bakery product range; and
3. An expanded yeast strain development center including cutting edge global technologies and a high level of expertise.

Both the Fleischmann Technology Center and the bakingHUB™ complement AB Mauri’s technology centers located around the world bringing global perspectives seamlessly to North America’s industrial bakers.
